Abstract

|
Gynecomastia is excessive growth of the male mammary glands. In female breast, a similar histologic pattern is rarely occured. We called gynecomastoid hyperplasia for this lesion. The imaging features of this disease entity have been decribed only one report, to the best of our knowlege. Gynecomastoid hyperplasia has various imaging findings and mimic micropapillary ductal carcinoma in situ in histotogically. We report imaging findings in a case of gynecomastoid hyperplasia confirmed by histology and review of clinical importance.
